I was extremely happy with the customer service – especially the telephone call I received when I ordered 2 shoes in size 10 and one in size 9 – they were making sure I didn’t make a mistake! I really thought that was above and beyond great service! The shoes were on clearance, so they were not returnable and I sure did appreciate it! I really did want the size 9 only because there wasn’t a size 10, but the fact that I got a call was awesome! Everything came as ordered and the shipping was fast!

Customer Service, in my opinion, is almost nonexistent. In my part of the world it is... almost.
I have found ONE exception... YOUR SALES ASSOCIATES. By luck (and through Google), I discovered your company a few months ago. I have live in Savannah, GA. I have been placed several telephone orders with your associates over the past several weeks. All of them are super nice and friendly. They call me back in a reasonable timeframe to give me the amount due on my order(s). My items are shipped & received promptly! Just wish you had a location near Savannah! Until then, I shall keep placing phone orders with the extraordinarily friendly members of your sales team.
So many people are nasty and "in a rush" to do the bare minimum... not your folks!
Please take two minutes to relay THANKS to them for a job well done!
