It was a Fantastic experience shopping with you all. I actually decided to purchase the items through you all because you were the only ones that had the hot iron holder in the new pattern I liked (verabradley.com didnt even have it). I was extremely impressed with how fast the order was processed and shipped. I purchased from 3 different vendors that day and you all were the first to process and ship my purchase. I received the items promptly there after. I enjoyed receving the items in clear plastic tied with color coordinated ribbons to accent the vera bradley pattern. It is these little touches that sets businesses apart and its obvious that you strive to do just that. Thank you for an enjoyable experience! Oh and I love my purchase :) Cant wait to use them in my future travels.

I'd like to say that your customer service and care with which you you take in your customers is simply astonishing! When I got my Plum Crazy Glenna, wrapped nicely in a box, I was thrilled, but to ALSO find a PC Mint Tin AND an emery board in the shape of sunglasses was *unbelievable*. I "moderate," or run, a Vera Bradley Sales Board on FB and IMMEDIATELY posted there about what a wonderful experience I had had with W & O, etc. and the thread just blew up in a matter of hours.......people commenting about how much they LOVED your store and shopped there in person when on vacations, etc. Seems like I was the last one to "know" about you!!! LOL! Thank you for providing me with a bag that could not be found elsewhere (the PC Glenna) AND the additional goodies!

I just had to let you know that my V.B. Black Microfiber Hipster bag arrived today and it is bearutiful! It was only two days ago you called to tell me I could save that extra UPS 3-day postage and get it faster with USPS priority mail. You sure were right! I was thrilled to get it today. Not many businesses would take the extra steps to make a call and save the customer money. And the icing on the cake were the little V.B. gifts of the mints and nail file, plus the tempting catalogs. Thank you SO much. I would shop form you any day!
I already had that same V.B. bag in red and loved it so much I wanted to get the black for when the red just doesn't work. I looked at places in three states around here, and then did several internet searches. The the bag with the order form for your store popped up. Being from NJ, I had never heard of it, so of course I had to check out your website. Beautiful! I enjoyed reading your story and seeing the pictures. WHAT A PLEASURE! I LOVE ordering through your company! This is the second year in a row that I did so right after Christmas. My mother in law's birthday is New Years Day. With Christmas and so much going on...it gets away from me. So, a few days after Christmas both last year and this...it hits me...I need a present! Last year I stumbled upon you, as I was looking for the Pandora charm she wanted. I ordered it and sure enough it was here swiftly, no shipping charges...perfect. In fact, as I was ordering... it didn't look like the promo code went through. I called, was able to speak to a PERSON quickly! She resolved my issue IMMEDIATELY!
I was relieved to see 2 Pandora charms on my mother in law's list this year. I went immediately to your site. Once again, smooth as anything, it came just a couple of days after my ordering it...and most importantly...on time for the celebration...PLUS, a hand written thank you on the invoice! Oh...and it arrived in a pretty box with a beautiful bow! VERY IMPRESSIVE! In this day and age of fast paced, impersonal service experiences...I am happy to have found a personalized, caring company! Carol, I had a great experience shopping at Wilkins and Olander, both in your store and on line. I was in Sturgeon Bay the last weekend of August and wanted to purchase a Pandora bracelet. Knowing virtually nothing about them, your sales assistance was extremely friendly in helping me with my purchases. She took her time explaining the differences in the clasps, and not once did I feel I was being pressured to purchase; not someting that happens in a lot of stores!
Of course, after I returned to Indiana, I realized that I needed to purchase another bracelet and some charms. I did not encounter any problems with your on-line store. Know that I will continue to make purchases from Wilkins and Olander. Wilkins and Olander does things "right".

I was extremely happy with the customer service - especially the telephone call I received when I ordered 2 shoes in size 10 and one in size 9 - they were making sure I didn't make a mistake! I really thought that was above and beyond great service! The shoes were on clearance, so they were not returnable and I sure did appreciate it! I really did want the size 9 only because there wasn't a size 10, but the fact that I got a call was awesome! Everything came as ordered and the shipping was fast!
