Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be satisfied with all of the purchases you make at Wilkins and Olander.

If you need to exchange an item, simply return the item to our Sturgeon Bay store with the enclosed return/exchange form and we will ship your exchange at no additional charge.

If you would like to return an item, kindly ship the item back to our Sturgeon Bay store with the enclosed return/exchange form.

• Refund on merchandise up to 30 days from original date of purchase with proof of purchase.
• *Jewelry refund 15 days from original date of purchase with proof of purchase.

• Refund on sale merchandise up to 14 days from original date of purchase with proof of purchase.

• In-store credit issued if beyond refund period.

• Include proof of purchase with all returns/exchanges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You may also exchange or return the item in either of our stores within 30 days.
